Return Process

  Log into your OhSnap Shop account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were originally included in the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
